Since a young age, Christine has had a passion for the culinary world. Whether planning backyard events or dinner parties, cooking gourmet meals, or decorating tables and serving elaborate buffets, she loved it all. Having a love for every aspect of the industry has enabled her to manage events from start to finish. From choosing the perfect location and preparing exquisite food, to placing exceptional staff, Christine exceeds her clients’ expectations.
Early in her career, Ms. Clemens worked for high end caterers who introduced her to the industry. From there, she took her passion for food and attended the Culinary Institute of America, where she graduated with honors. She has worked under highly respected chefs throughout the United States, including chefs from The Ritz Carlton and the Don Ce Sar Beach Resort, as well as several Certified Master Chefs. Christine decided to broaden her horizons and work as a server in the fine dining restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Naples in order to expand her knowledge of proper service. Her experience there enabled her to use this culinary and hospitality knowledge to secure a job as a catering manager. This in turn fulfilled her desire to be proficient in all areas of the field.
Always striving for more, Christine took all her experience and established herself in the Hamptons, where she executes prestigious events for elite clientele. After much hard work, Chef Clemens has created Hamptons Haute, which currently serves throughout the Hamptons, New York City and Long Island.
When Ms. Clemens is not in the kitchen or planning events she spends part of her time traveling, volunteering and working with local charities. She is very involved with St. Jude Children's Cancer Research Hospital and was honored to cater the St. Jude Hope in the Hamptons event for 650 guests three years in a row as well as donate to numerous St. Jude events in NYC for over 700 people.
