Chef Christine Clemens
Christine has always had a passion for the hospitality world. She enjoys everything about entertaining, from planning intimate dinner parties, backyard celebrations or extravagant galas to cooking gourmet meals, designing and executing elaborate events. Having a love for every aspect of the industry has enabled Christine and her team of professionals to execute stellar events from start to finish. She works directly with clients and their staff to make certain that every detail is covered and the event is everything they want and more. From choosing the perfect location and preparing exquisite food, to placing exceptional staff, Christine exceeds her clients’ needs and expectations.
Ms. Clemens began her career working for different high end caterers in Florida, who introduced her to the industry. She took her passion for food and attended the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where she graduated with honors. Christine has worked under highly respected chefs throughout the United States and Grand Cayman, including chefs from The Ritz Carlton, Don Ce Sar Beach Resort, Certified Master Chefs, Celebrity Chefs and 5-star Michelin Chefs. She has over 25 years of catering and hospitality experience.
Christine expanded her hospitality knowledge and mastered proper service working as a server in the fine dining restaurant at the Ritz Carlton Naples. Her experience there allowed her to secure a job as a catering manager in New York. This in turn fulfilled her desire to be proficient in all areas of the hospitality field.
Christine procures the finest ingredients from local butchers, fisherman and farms to create our dishes. She works alongside our chefs, bakers and service team to ensure the highest quality and standards are met for our clients and guarantee every event is executed to the highest level.
When Ms. Clemens is not in the kitchen or planning events, she enjoys spending her time with her family, traveling, volunteering and working with local charities. She is very involved with St. Jude Children's Cancer Research Hospital and was honored to cater the St. Jude Hope in the Hamptons event for 650 guests three years in a row as well as donate to numerous St. Jude events in NYC for over 700 people.
